I got delivery of Samsung guru music 2 mobile for my dad on january 22. After a week he tried to use the mobile but display is not working and charger is also not working . So I tried to return it back in the flipkart, but there is no return or replacement for this product. Then I reached Samsung customer service. They checked the product and stated that it is duplicate product.
