Hi,
I am Flipkart user from last more than 3 years. I had order one Mobile Phone (Redmi 11 Prime 5G. In which I had received Samsung Dummy product. I had also raise return/replacement request for the product and speak with different agents they all reply me that you will received your product. On 2nd Feb I had received one call back for my issue where I’m asked to provide Adhar card and image of the product I provided the same, and I also asked the advisor that will I get my original product or not she said yes you will get that. but today I am receiving one message that your return policy ended due to which your return has been rejected. I always speak with the agents that My product return date is 30th Jan and the date which you were telling is outside the return policy but they always says don’t worry sir you will get your product. I already make the payment of that product for which I did not received any physical bill with the product.
Please help me to get my product as soon as possible.
