I have received the product on 9 may, which is totally different from product which I ordered. And in the app it is showing that the product has not yet shipped. I have no option to refund as according to app I have not got the delivery of the product. Therefore I want my money back and I also want to return the product which I got. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.
