I have ordered a banarasi saree for rs799/- on Sarelet.com. but the received parcel had a cheap saree which is not the one I have ordered and not even worth 100/. There is no refund or return policy window on the portal..

I had ordered a saree from sarelet website order ID 9988544 for rs 799/-. I had ordered for sarelet new soft kanjivaram silk saree but I received a different colour and material also the quality is very bad. I think a wrong product has been delivered to me. I would like to return the saree and get a refund. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
