I purchased the TCL 80.04 cm (32 inch) Full HD LED Smart Google TV with Bezel Less & Extra Brightness (32S5400) model of TV through flipkart for Rs.12990/-, installed today, 21.08.23. Display is very poor and has no clarity and sharpness even after setting as per the direction of your executive on the phone. Further on my complaint technician from TCL service center visited on 25.08.2023 and inspected the TV working. He reported “Picture not clear, dull screen-Dark color”. Requested refund preferably.
