I clearly scammed by Flipkart service
On 21st October I received my order containing mi tv A series 32 inch as it was a open box delivery delivery boy open the box and show the tv , and from outside it’s looks ok then I said can check this tv by turning this on ,then he said you can’t turn on by yourself if you turn on by yourself and any default seen the it will be your responsibility so according to Flipkart open box delivery policy I didn’t turn on tv by myself and wait for technician to come
Very next day technician comes from Flipkart side not mi technician
Flipkart send it’s own technician the he turn on the tv and the it’s seen TV’s display panel is damaged from inside that can’t be seen without turn on tv
So it can’t be seen at the time of delivery
Then I said to technician to replace it as according to policy if any defect seen by the installation technician the it’s his responsibility to replace the tv ,but he denied to replace it and he said I can’t replace it you must talk to Flipkart by yourself
Then he go away
Then I called Flipkart customer care and tell about the matter they said to me to call mi service then I called mi service they said if installation technician comes from mi then they can do something but as Flipkart send his own technician it’s their responsibility to replace the tv
Today is 7th day after the delivery they are not helping me
It’s seen I totally scammed by Flipkart even I didn’t do wrong at any moment I follow all the rules of Flipkart
Even I suffering so much
I tried calling whole day to Flipkart they are just fooling me and just give dates
