I ordered two shoes, and received wrong products received same brand but different models i registered the complaint ajio, they accepted the return and It was picked up more than a month ago and i have not received any refund on it yet till date, i am complaining from day 1 even on social media they are not replying, when i call on customer care it gets connected in 1.5 hours i wait for that long they still don’t give me any update once they gave me a update that the product received to them are not the products I ordered which is exactly why i am returning, seriously ajio has very bad management
