Hi
Really very very worst customer service in Amazon, they not understanding customers pain .

I have ordered one product on Aug 9 still I am not received correct product.

Last 11 Aug received product at 10:22 pm and I have requested replacement on the same product on a same day. Due to defective product.

14 I have not received any calls from Amazon delivery partner but they mentioned in app delivery attempted.

Till now I have made more than 15 calls to Amazon customer services.

And on Aug 15 I asked to Amazon agen, shall go to near Amazon hub and get my product and he replied sure you can go get same.

35 mins journey I reached particular hub area but I can’t able get exact address from Google and again make call Amazon agent they said sorry you no need to come hub , I will raise delivery requests today itself you can get this product from your delivery address based on his promise went home but still I am not getting any updates on the product delivery.

Today 16 Aug made call to Amazon customer service agent he telling I can’t give Amy promise on delivery related timeliness if you want refund pls let me know I will initiate.

Really it’s vet bad , no one have a exact updates on delivery relatedupdates custumer service agents telling thay receivedrequests they will deliver . On 15 Aug received call from amazon hub perungudi he also promised me I will give your product 15th of Aug 2023 but attempted.
