Text of Complaint by Sushil verma:

Received smart watch through open box delivery during delivery watch was checked physically found sat but during delivery we can’t check the battery charging condition. Post delivery found that watch battery is not charging. We raised the complaint during technical visit technician said sir your watch will replaced tomorrow but after few hours shown my replacement cancelled. It’s feel like cheated by both Flipkart by selling defective product in the name of open box delivery and technician bye telling lie. Flipkart shown unethical practices and no moral values. Making profits by selling defective product and very poor response from service centre they don’t aware why my replacement cancelled and not aware about anything. Very pathetic service. I will never by items from Flipkart feeling cheated.
