I ordered a Pink Banarasi silk saree, but received some old saree with poor quality….i want my refund back…..please take necessary steps to resolve the issue

I was ordered saree on wisesarees on online I received totally cheap it was different when I ordered saree, so please refund my money it was 864/- refund my money ASAP.
