Hello,
My name is Swati Jagtap I bought a realme top load fully automatic machine from Flipkart and when that machine came it already took more than 4 to 5 days for installation upon that I found that the machine is totally plastic and that is a refurbished washing machine I saw that there is written as over flow and pipe leakage is scratched on the top of machine I tried to contact to the customer support that I want to return the product rather than replacement and I want to buy other company’s product from Flipkart but the representative is denying me please help me out or else I have to go to consumer court and Sue Flipkart.
I am attaching the proof of what its written on the product and my order details.
