I had ordered a laptop on 21st oct 2020, oreder no. 405-4117091-9215518, amount Rs 1,24,846.54. Dell XPS 9370 model no.
I had received a defective laptop, already team from amazon had inspected and declared it a defective piece, but after regular request to amazon, return pick up is not done since last 3 months, every time i call customer care or chat with them regarding return pick up, they create a new return request and assure that it will be picked in next 3-4 days. but since last 3 months, i had requested almost more than 20 times, and nobody turn up for pick, I think the seller is playing here with the return pick up courier, I am fed up now, I had invested a huge amount, and despite of regular follow up no response. laptop battery is not working, it is not as per specifications,
Inspection was done on 29th October, and amazon team had declared it defective,
I request consumer court to please help me, it is my hard earned money, request you to please take strict action against the seller and reverse pick up courier person, because amazon team had created return pick up so many times, but nobody comes for the pick up. it clearly shows the mischief being played by the seller and courier team.
please help me in getting my amount refunded.
