Date of Purchase-09/01/2025 Amount Paid-1799/- Model-smart watch HP BSW106 Part Code -106BSWAAY/4-IN Invoice no – 81925209435 Complain no – 3876568 consumer is saying that he purchased the product from the amazon the but he received the Defective product when he received the replacement the product he received the again defective product from the company , he complained to the company for the same but the company did not provide nay help now the consumer want the amount to0 be refund as soon as possible with compensation

Note: already i have registered compliant from 6 to 7 month still the company not got any response for refund amount or not even giving compensation amount i become totally depression for my family as well.
i have complaint 2 time but company is not at all responding to complaint not even in consumer help line. in mail it self i have mentioned that i received defective item. then also firebolt team has denied my email an closed the ticket. i am facing my issue from past 6 to 7 months. please kindly i request you to provide me compensation from company for 30 lakh. for the punishment for the firebolt. Next time he wouldn’t cheat to the customer. please kindly resolve this issue
