I am writing email regards to Defective Apple Iphone received on 29th of December .
Issue was already being escallated to FlipKart team long ago still not received resolution since am chasing every day to Customer executive .
I have been said that Incident has been opened multiple times but still i need to wait till 23rd of Jan, May i know why, Such Delays getting replacement or Refund of Funds alternative?
Why such issues are making customer chasing and asking same Questions?
Am not able to understand when the Product itself is Defective and known issue why to keep Long enough Days in Waiting?
