Text of Complaint by Mallikarjun:

I have a cash on delivery order from vendor in myshopify.com. I got the delivery from delhivery.com for cash on delivery. So I asked delivery agent to provide the verify before pay the cash but he rejected so I Paid the and took the product. After that I checked the product. Its defective and wrong product I got. So I called customer care of delhivery.com to provide refund amount because I paid to their payment account only but they are not helpful but they provided seller Name but not any details like mobile and Address like that. it’s Shriom9 franchise. I saw so many complaints here. Please help on this.
