I received dead product and I raised a complaint against that product and after that they scheduled a technician for checking and also he checked and asked me to its a dead product after that I raised many request and complaints against this but I didn’t get any solutions and one of their worker sourav asked he is applying a NOC for advanced refund he in 3 days nobody pic my product and after 3 days , i was call again customer support team and nobody talk with me and also put my call on mute , I’m totally frustrated from this , thats why i need your help . Please help me to recover my product or refund .
