I have ordered 2 ton Mar q split ac from Flipkart, however received a used product by them, also 3 mtr copper pipe was missing which itself cost around 3000 Rs. Now since then I am not able to replace the product as they are just wasting time asking pics from new angles everything and rejecting my replace request. Installation team appointed by flipkart also find the product In used condition. They are not even appointing physical check. Got cheated by flipkart / seller. My hard earned money is on stake. Request to support here please.
