Hi, I purchased 2 ton split ac, which opening the box from the flipkart installation guy, it has been found that the product was not new, accessories were missing, and defects on product. I have been chasing from last 5 days and now customer care guy told me that it will take another 12 days to review ur complaint. I want replacement of my product, pls support
