Hi This is Tejaswini Akhani wants to file a Consumer Complaint Against Paytm Mall.
I Ordered Whiskas Ocean Fish Flavour 7kg Cat Food From Paytm Mall Worth Rs-1700 but when the product was delivered on 9 Oct 2019 It Was Damaged from outside as well as Inside as someone have Taken Some quantity from the product. I already Raised a query that I received damaged product and I got response from paytm care that they will provide me final resolution till 13 Oct 2019 by end of the day but they were unable to resolve my query Hence now I M Filing Complaint Against Paytm Mall Coz they were not Providing me with solution Rather Asking me to Wait I Am Attaching the Defective product images also want my refund back from paytm Mall.
