We purchased LG 8 kg washing machine from FLIPKART. We received a damaged product .we raised return request for that.they accept that request and sent one person to collect .he behave roud manner with my sister in law and not pick up the item . Same complaint we raise form our side to Flipkart till now there is no action.we speak with customer care service several times . always they said our team will mail you then after upload pics of damaged product. Till the date we don’t revice a mail regarding this issue but they cancel our request.
