I have ordered a product over amazon.in on 24th September 2022
Received a damage product on 27th September 2022, hence requested for a replacement which they gave delivery date as 29th September but got delayed from their and that’s why I requested to cancel it and also to pick up the existing damaged product and give me a refund. Trying to return the product, reaching over customer care of amazon.in multiple times (around 12times). All they are saying is it will be picked up soon
