Dear Sir,
I purchased Havells electric water heater from Amazon online services. One the package was without seal and when technician came for installation, he observed that electric power cable is cut in two pieces and clamps other parts missing from the package.
He charged Rs.2,100.00 (Two Thousand and One Hundred) for fixing the damaged parts and installing the same.
Kindly pay me Rs. 2,100.00 (Two Thousand and One Hundred only) the invoice/cash receipt of the money spent is attached herewith for your kind reference. Photos of the product and package are also attached.
