Text of Complaint by Rajesh Rane:

I had ordered Hitachi 1 Ton Ac from Flipkart on 28th April and Had received the product on 29th April 2022 but the Product which I had received was Damaged. Even as consulted by the installation guy he told us that the product‌ is Damaged kindly initiate a replace of the product.
As instructed by the installation guy we had raised the request yet I have not received any update on my query on even any assistance from Flipkart customer services.
Every single time i called them they delay the process and extends it to 48hrs and it’s been more than 15 yet I haven’t received any refund / Resolution
It’s an Humble request to please help us on this and resolve my query it is an huge loss for me if I wouldn’t receive any assistance.
Please help us resolve my issue
