Text of Complaint by Mohammed Firoz Bari:

I ordered a watch from flipkart on 07th June 2023 and it is delivered to me on 11th June. After received the product when I opened it I found damaged product then after that I raised a complaint for return or refund. After 2days I got a call from service team she said that due to some technical issue that refund or return option is not showing and mentioned that problem is resolved on system. Then after 2days again I got a call and the caller said same excuse till the time I am not getting solution. When I tried to replaced or returned the product no option shows and shows problem resolved. I need a proper solution for this
