I have purchased logitech 5.1 THX Z906 home theater on 9th April, 2023. I received it on 10th April. And as soon as I found a damage on the product I put a request on 11th April, 2023 providing images.
Details of damage- there is huge dent at the lower part of tbe subwoofer of this product l, because of this dent , it is producing some rattling sound. So as soon as I have found this problem , u reported to the flipkart replacement request with sufficient images. They scheduled to return it on 23rd April, 2023 which obviously failed. Now they are asking me for again details and all which comes to square one. Why they took 12 days when they were doing nothing about it? What am I supposed to do? It’s not possible to wait long time for a single product. Now I am feeling that I have made huge mistake ordering from flipkart. This is my first experience with flipkart and they have shown their inefficiency. I would never further purchase anything from this app.
