Text of Complaint by Pulkit Gupta:

I have ordered a Godrej refrigerator through Amazon, got delivered on 10th October 2022, when the technician came for installation and demo on 11 October, he found out the compressor has some internal damage, he mentioned piston is broken due to which it was making lot of noise when plugged in, he asked me to raise a replacement request as per 10 days replacement request Amazon policy. But on the website I was unable to place the request, I called Amazon customer care but they are asking me to wait every time I call, and also there is no request number provided to me for tracking, I am calling since 5 days and getting disappointed, they are not telling me anything, as if they are waiting for the 10 days to get over so that I may not get the product replaced. I can wait but they aren’t sharing the updates anywhere, neither I am getting any mails nor any updates.
