I can find a colour fade on one corner in a mattress, I can’t accept the item which is dirty and faded one.
And as mentioned in product description , it has to be loaded with PU foam on both a sides but what I have received is one side usable …other side of the mattress is too hard …It has to be replaced with correct product or give me a refund
