On 3rd Aug 2023, I took flight number 6e-525 from Agartala to Bengaluru. It was a direct flight and had no issues with the flight service. I was very much happy until I came to know my checked luggage was damaged.
I apprised the concerned people over the luggage counter, but they advised me to mail it. But that’s also not working. I have traveled by your airline numerous times but never faced such an issue. It is pathetic to see my luggage damaged.
This is unacceptable.
I request full compensation due to the irresponsible and negligent behavior of your airlines
