I have ordered the LG washing machine from Amazon India App on the 8th of May 22 and received it on the 17th of May 22 and waiting for the Installation and Demo but not received so I tried to install the product and got to know the product is damaged and it’s not working so-called Amazon customer care on 27th May 22 and told them all issue and they agree on that and promised me to we will give you a replacement for same and you will receive an email for same but not received an email and then again I called Amazon customer care more than 5 times but they are just giving me 48 hours waiting period for every call
