Text of Complaint by G Ramachandrudu:

I purchased an Electric Scooter E2 Model with Lithium Battery from EOX Electric on 25-December-2025 for ₹49,000. After receiving the product, I found that the scooter was already damaged and not in proper working condition.

In addition to the damage, the battery range of the scooter is very poor and not as promised by the seller. The product performance is completely unsatisfactory and does not match the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.

I contacted the seller regarding these issues, but the response was not satisfactory and the problem has not been resolved.

Since the product was delivered in damaged condition and is not performing as promised, this clearly amounts to selling a defective product and unfair trade practice.

Therefore, I request the Consumer Complaints Court to take strict action against the company and direct them to provide a full refund of ₹49,000 along with appropriate compensation/penalty for selling a defective product and causing inconvenience.
