I ordered 3 Kurti Palazzo sets for Rs. 500 with a delivery charge of Rs. 48 (total Rs. 548) from an Instagram store. The parcel was delivered through E-cart.
But I received 3 cheap t-shirts and 2 badly stitched kurtis instead of the items I ordered. The products are completely different and of very poor quality.
When I contacted the delivery person, I was told that it was from a third-party Instagram seller and they cannot help me. I no longer remember the Instagram page name, but I have the package label and payment proof.
I request you to please take action against the seller and help me get my Rs. 548 refunded.
