I ordered a Chocolate Gems Delicious Cake- Half Kg Eggless on 20-05-2023. Also, I paid extra money for early delivery which was 15:00 pm to 18:00 pm. I received a cake around 18:00 pm after opening it saw it was damaged. I immediately put a complaint and send them the picture on the website chat service after taking a lot of time they assured me that they will redeliver a cake but even after so many chats and calls for hours they did not send me any cake. They are cheaters they have no value for the customer’s time and money. I want justice.
