I have recently travelled from Jaipur to Portblair 2 June 2023, PNR-YZSNPK and from Port Blair to Jaipur PNR-TPPB4M- In that travel my baggage was mishandled and got a minor cut, I specifically mentioned to Port Blair Ground Team to handle the baggage they put the LRT tag but still I got more damaged bag more cuts, Ground team of Jaipur Airport specifically mentioned that I am eligible for compensation, but Customer relation team(Aakash Ingole) is not considering my request and providing the vouncher of 500rs, which I feel is not useful for me because next time how can I trust the indigo team Kindly please consider my request.
