I have received an used and damaged product from the seller and I have contacted several times to Flipkart but there is no proper resolution. The delivery boy has not opened and took pictures while delivering when I have opened it and then the product was damaged. Now I am helpless as seller (Buzz India) is not approving the product and replacement is not happening. Request to take an action asap.
