Hi team,

I am using Amazon service from past few years including my family and Friends, but first time i got cheated by supplier and amazon services.

I would like to inform you about one fraud which has been done by Amazon team.

i have ordered Nutralite protein powder 1kg from Amazon as on 26/09/2022 which has been delivered to me on 1/10/2022 against order id 43-0950790-3698743. When I have opened the outer box it was totally damaged and used by someone already inside product is also different. it has been also noticed that the product was also fake and dummy because I am using the same product from local shop QR code and Bar code is also not there.

Amazon is allowing fake seller to sell the product specially food products which is really very sad because amazon is allowing fake seller and fake product and playing with the health of the people.

when I have complained to the customer care department they need some pictures which I have shared but get no resolution they denied for the replacement and refund against the product.

I will not stop i will surely write to indian health department, food consumer department and some social sites marking copy to all amazon leaders for this faurgery if i not get the solution within one week. It is my hard earned money I can’t waste on fake and damaged products.

l feel cheated by Amazon will not recommend anyone for some products. Need immediate resolution on this.
