My name is Shukla Dhaval and I’m calling from bhavnagar.Last on 6th June I have ordered Samsung 25 watt adapter and I have received it on 10th June,But I when I unbox it I found that there is a minor damage on adapter and also serial number of it doesn’t match with brand’s packaging.I have also raised return request on jiomart.I have also contact on Samsung helpline number too many times and visited it’s service centre,But they not accepting this request.So I would like to request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
