Text of Complaint by Simardeep Handa:

I made this order on 1 nov 2021, initiated refund on 2 and got notification for pickup on 2 nov 2021.
pickup not done, I initiated the refund again got 7 nov next pickup.
still pickup not done, got next date 10 nov 2021.
again same issue, next date 12 nov.
now its 13 nov and still not got any updates neither pickup of my wrong product, and Amazon says money will be returned once receiving the product.
