I bought 3 seater sofa worth 16599 INR on 2nd October from Flipkart and I received it In damaged state All corner leather are torn and side arm stitching in not there.(Image attached).
then Own ward I am keep on calling customer support ( more than 30 times ), Flipkart is raising replacement/refund multiple times and promising to replace or return
and after some day this request is rejected by them, This happen 6 times .
Every time flipkart commit that they have taken this on High priority and supplier has approved my request even after my request is cancelled all times , In this process technician is plan to visit all time , but no technician for 5 times .
Technician visited first time and requested me to repair it , But I did not accepted him as I bought new product .
