Dear Flipkart,
I am writing to express my disappointment and file a complaint regarding the realme 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV that I received on 06-03-2023 with order ID OD427485617478175100. Unfortunately, the TV arrived damaged and has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.
At the time of delivery, I was not present and my mother received the parcel. She requested to see the TV before accepting it and the delivery boy allowed her to do so. Upon inspection, my mother noticed that some screws were missing from the TV and it appeared to have been previously opened. When she asked the delivery boy to turn on the TV to check if it was working properly, he refused to do so. Later, when I returned home and inspected the TV, I found that it was not functioning properly. I immediately requested for a replacement.
On 07 March 2023, a technician visited us and inspected the TV. He confirmed that the TV was internally damaged and assured us that the issue would be resolved promptly and we would receive a new TV in good condition. However, despite multiple requests and assurances from your customer care team, I have yet to receive a replacement.
I have spoken to your customer care team several times to express my concern about the damaged product and my desire for a replacement, but each time my replacement has been rejected. I also spoke with the technician and his senior, but they were unhelpful and rude, stating that the replacement had been rejected by Realme and I needed to file a complaint with Flipkart.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received thus far. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with a replacement TV as soon as possible. I have attached photos of the damaged product for your reference.
I hope that you will give this matter your prompt attention and provide a satisfactory resolution at the earliest.
