Text of Complaint by Ankur:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had an International Flight from New Delhi to Toronto for which my company had booked a Indigo Flight Chandigarh to New Delhi on 3rd June,2023. (Indigo Flight – 6E2193 PNR No – PRPNTJ). I had clearly told Indigo ground staff about stuff in baggage and it need to be handled carefully so both of my check in luggage’s were tagged as “Fragile” . I had bought new luggage just for my International Travel and didn’t remove the protective layer on suitcase at all. There were lot of scratches on the baggage and even it’s outer shell also got damaged . I had reported to incident to Indigo Ground Staff near Conveyor belt after i collected my baggage at New Delhi Airport. The Indigo Ground staff also acknowledged the damage and clicked the pictures and raised a complaint on my behalf. I had sent out mail with details on “customer.relations@goindigo.in” regarding my baggage damage but getting same repetitive response from each customer executive and it seems like copy pasted content. I have been offered initially 1000 rupees of Indigo Travel voucher against my baggage worth of 6000 Rupees which is damaged during travel.
Seems like a joke to me 🙂

My new baggage is damaged even if it was tagged as “Fragile” .
I had 8-9 pictures and an video of the same but able to upload only 1 picture here.
I had shared the pics with Indigo staff as well.
