I ordered 21 items from swiggy instamart which was sum of 3414.05 rupees but received completely different items. I did online payment for all the product. Now the customer care os not properly responding to my questions neither refunding my amount. I requested to atleast the delivery my items but they are saying to wait for 6 hours to provide me the update about the situation. Please help. I do not know what else to do. They are not even willing to call to resolve the problem. I would like to request to take immediate action about this issue.
