This is the last time I am writing mail with all chain of sequence,
On 23rd July I had placed order of 04 nos of Ozarro make safety shoes & also paid in full during order stage itself.
I received one short pant of which I have attached photograph. Immediately post receipt I had requested for refund as against 04 nos of shoes I had received 01no of short pant with invoice of safety shoes pasted on the cover.
After so many requests I got that pant replaced with 01 no. of safety shoes. I am yet to get remaining 03 sets of shoes. But all in vein as after one complete month, situation is same & every time flipkart back office claims that there is issue in server at their end & they will register complaint again.
I NEED CLOSURE ON THIS ON PRIORITY. ELSE, I HAVE NO OPTION OTHER THAN FILING COMPLAINT AGAINST THE THIRD PARTY & FLIPKART AS WELL. THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE OF MONEY BUT IT IS CASE OF FRAUD. What if I had ordered something of higher amount & then got stuck like this???
