I received a message and call stating as I have purchased few things from Meesho I have selected as one lucky winner to receive Mahindra XUV 700 or if I don’t want as car I can get it as amount of Rs 12,80000. But I have to pay 12800rs before that. I asked if I can pay once after receiving the amount or car he no only if I pay before then thay can deliver to it, I completely could understand that it is fraudulent call, when I tried to reach meesho customer care the voice call of theirs said that I have go to app and register for call to talk with their people and they will call within 30 mins. This is part which irritates me, why can’t they speak directly to customer when they trues, this is an urgent and serious situation. I searched on Google regarding this and found this page so raising a Complaint. The mobile no I received this fraud call from is 9163516544. And an important thing to be noted it the back ground notice is all hindi and the person who spoke with me is also a hindi person who speaks tamil fluently and in true caller they have registered their name as MEESHO PRICE DEPARTMENT. I wonder how all our details are sealed to these type of fraud peoples. The people who are the owners of online shopping are responsible for this kind of incidents.
