Hello sir/ madam,
Today I want to share my horrible experience facing nowadays with flipkart.
I have ordered Samsung crystals vision ismart TV from flipkart on 07th october, and received the same on 10th October,
OrderId- OD329347467521155100
And it should be installed on 13th October but at the time of installation it was found by the samsung engineer that the product display is damaged from inside as you can see in this pictures and videos,
It was a very horrible experience from the flipkart team, I contacted Flipkart’s customer executive to exchange or return my product but they are not responding
While calling so many times to flipkart as well as samsung care they both not wanted to respond to my queries
And on 15th October, flipkart has blocked my account. I can’t even access to my order details
After so many complains to flipkart they are not even ready to listen to my complain and make a judgment by their own
I have truly believe Flipkart wont let their customer suffer,
Let me tell you very clear my TV is not physically damaged and it was all ok from outside at the time of open box delivery and right now also, problem is from inside pannel which might occur by delivery partner or it was a fraudulent activity from flipkart seller by giving defective product
What the hell is happening. Is that what BBD SALES is all about, to loot valuables customer.
Please kindly follow through my issue its urgent and in one week my wedding is there and i have to get my TV
