Received Broken Product (Laptop) still replacement pending

Text of Complaint by Biman Barman:

This is with regards to order ID OD428335931237697100 which was ordered from Flipkart. Within 10 minutes post delivery found that the internal display/panel was broken, immediately reported to Flipkart customer support. Also, hard copy invoice was missing from the box and delivery agent didn’t took any photos and signature post delivery and ran away. Later, Flipkart arranged technician visit and technician also confirmed that the internal display/panel was broken (Techiman report attached). Also would like to highlight that Flipkart executive informed me that once technician visit done they will replace with new one and same it was visible on my Flipkart App but on 25th Jun’23 they rejected my replacement request and when I asked the reason behind they told me that my laptop is not damage/broken, its defective which can be solved by troubleshooting. Still my issue not been resolved from past 12 days.
