I have ordered Creative Useful Multipurpose Must Have Corner Sink Wash Basin Storage Organizer Plastic Kitchen Rack from Flipkart which I received on 29.05.2023. The product I broken so I raised a request for return and refund but the wishmaster who came to pick the return is refused to pick up the product due to brand name not mentioned on it. So immediately call the customer care and tell them the brand name issue concern. They assure me the issue will be resolved soon. But again there is same problem happened and i am contacted with the customer care team almost 3-4 times but still they are unable to resolved my issue That’s why my return policy for 3 days also over they just wasted my time. I also emailed to their grievance.officer@flipkart.com but still don’t received any single reply from them. So it’s a scam and fraud doing by these type of reputed companies. So kindly take a strict action against to it.
