Order ID – OD119874436130706000

Order Bluetooth speaker on 5th October 2020 and received the product on 12th October 2020. It was found broken condition the fixed screws are damaged. Same day made return request and seller is approved. On 24th October 2020 Wish master came to pick the product for return but he refused to pick the item cause he mentions the product colour is not matching. I ordered blue colour product and received Sky or Light Blue colour. On product order page also in Question and answer page customers wrote it clearly the product receiving as light blue colour.

From 24 th October I am contacting flipkart customer service agents still they not yet resolve my issue and they are trying to extend time for my case.

I need a return product and refund on my order.
