I am a prime customer of amazon. On prime offer I had ordered Boat Rockerz 600, which I have received on 15th August 2020 without aux and charging cable. This is very careless delivery from Amazon to the Prime customer. As a prime customer we are paying extra amount to amazon. Product return and refund is not solution of this carelessness. I have requested replacement of the same product in seal pack condition, but amazon not agreeing for replacement for the same. It means amazon cheating the customer. They are not selling seal pack product to customer. What is the use of prime and the extra money which we are paying as a prime customer. I haven’t received any feedback from amazon about this mistake, where and how it was happened? I had bought this product for Rs. 1849 on prime deal offer. Now the product cost is Rs. 2999. Then what is the use of prime deal? I want Seal pack product from Amazon in same price at Rs. 1849.
