We usually pay monthly bill of Rs. 1000/- as an average before this huge bill is charged from August’2020.
12k is an average of yearly bill amount for our family of just 4 people. We went with written complaint letter attaching all bills from Feb 2020 to Sept 2020 in BEST electricity office. We were told that no revision is going to happen since it has to be paid anyhow and only they can give benefit is to pay in installments. Our written letter is also not accepted by them.
I am worried that if I complain here then they may cut my electricity connection forever.
