Hello,
I Rishab Chanda would like to register a complaint regarding a product ordered order no. 407-2388790-6977108 from amazon.
I received a different and used product and after I contacted the amazon customer service, they said that they cannot help me as the investigation was done.
As this does not solve my problem and I have been frauded I need to take some action of the dont recieve a replacement.
I have attached the image of the product i received for your reference.
